The Maltese government if it gets annoyed enough can always do what our Government does in situations like these- re write the law so they are in the right (even if they are in the wrong)
We all know Governments don't work on logic, commonsense or whats right, why would the Maltese be any different.
We would be best to move on and new bidder/buyer beware because if they've done it once......
