    Not sure... Top image is ARL.... bottom image is COB... Just saying ARL is more ahead of COB in-terms of delivery.... below is a snippet from the same presentation...$1,500,000 of funds raised is dedicated to the PFS (and maybe they will some change for the BFS)... with cobalt hitting 44,500USD a tonne... there should be more emphasis now than ever for the expedient delivery of the PFS (and BFS).... early bird gets the worm.
