Dave,
I have just spent the last couple of hours surfing the net looking for a stock that will benefit from the gas subsidy.
All I could find is Westfarmers (WES) as Jettison has already mentioned but it's only a very small part of the overall picture for them besides the fact they don't look too flash in other divisions ATM.
The only other I could find is IMPCO Technologies, Inc (IMCO) listed on NASDAQ, they appear to be one of the bigger parts suppliers.
Everything else I found was smaller and privately owned.
