HarryShezza mentioned OPHIR. ANY OTHERS??
To me it would seem logical that this is a kind of "swap" deal coming-up, i.e. FAR allowed to farm into an off-shore drilling by a bigger player in exchange for letting that one into Senegal. PURELY SPECULATING here of course !
