Given the previous post by Malcom in the middle showing the map of which companies own the various plots of land around Guineu Bissau, blocks 3 and 6A fallout because they are not deep water blocks.
Larson in block 6B sound like they have done their 3d and identified drillable prospects, also reading from their website they were looking to divest equity in the blocks during 2009.
Terralliance in block 4b sound like a company that tried to introduce some revolution technology into the oil and gas industry but failed miserably and don't sound like they are ready to drill a well, but I do not have much info on them or their blocks.
Sphere in block 5B judging from their website are not ready to drill anything yet.
That leaves Ophir's block in Senegal and the Larson block 6b assuming that the block as per FAR's announcement is really "deep water, drilling planned and adjacent".
I would be betting on Ophir.
