Can't see current gazillion smally holders stumping up $20m can you? Placement are usually open to any 708 investor. Kora has a COS of 50 percent so large promote will be achieved here imo. Drilling June next year so there is time for an SPP after the placement , so you may get a crack at it cake tin. DYOR
