    An important question that I have not seen yet.

    Which Stock Exchange will this U JV be listed on ?

    I would interprete that it may be listed on the ASX, from the announcement that current GDN holders will get first dibs, however this may list off shore.

    Would it be more valuable listed in the USA or AU ?
