I guess if they don't launch legal proceedings which they then abandon, that will help. I guess they can't help defending legal proceedings launched against them, but maybe if there are less of them, that will reduce their expenses.
I hear those prospectuses (or legal proceedings to avoid prospectuses) can be expensive.
