to list in london the company group needs to have 12 months of working capital available on the date the prospectus is put out (i read that somewhere)

at December 2023 current annual expenses for CY2023 is about 24million for the year (and near that for the last 3 years or so)
at December 2023 current assets are about 16million.... growing.

does this mean that they have not met the listing rules for london main exchange anyway in all these years ? and still do not?
