re: hancock sue
Without a doubt when CAZ is finally awarded the EL then both Handcock and write will sue rio for their loss and the value will be easily ascertainable EG CAZ share price. I have been told the figue they would sue for would be 500 million and they should win it.
a) RIO are the lead in the deal and the others would have done a deal with RIO that would have had a cluse saying somehting like.
RIO must keep the leases in good standing
Which they did not as they lost the ground
so in short they would be mad not to sue
