I checked all your Inter quotes and just like the Inter Gal 2:7, to place the English word "of" or "to" in there from the Greek word, is to ADD to the Greek, which would be deemed as incorrect.
You also need to keep in mind with the Inters, when they say or use the term "usage", it is really saying, we are going to Ignore the actual definition and chose whatever we like, or whatever suits our bias view.
Generally, that is not something that I'm prepared to do.
