yet I do think the word Super-pit having a classification is used with bias compared to Normal.

from a completely different perspective, talking about actual into production without a binding offtake agreement?
well, plenty of MOU's around that is true, yet I feel some may be led up the garden path without actually knowing.
out of 10 mou's you state, how many do you actually think will be converted into binding offtake agreements?
sure KNL state they have a boa, yet why partial prejudice for non binding and non super pit?
its like you have set your data and question asked to favour KNL before you even started your well presented post. LOL

I am not agreeing or disagreeing with your findings, I see a well presented outline yet with a slanted eye.
yet brokers will also say whatever they want to say providing that their rule being they must benefit from it.
so that is my thoughts, and there are more angles to be addressed here without adding further complication.
