A few things that could benefit small caps ;
We need the aussie dollar to settle into its new place around 80 cents or so
China's rally to end with funds withdrawing capital to then deploy into other markets.
Medibank sell down and profit taking.
Commodities to bottom out.
A general feeling of opitimism in the stock markets, at the moment it is nervousness IMO.
Then we still have the same issues with the graphite market, KNL looks to be a low cost front runner, just a matter of time......... and money$$$.
