So how would you have handled the takeover,it looked to most people that CRE was downward spiral and most CRE holders where more than happy to have a "better" management team in place.Stone building a blocking stake came from left field unless of course you knew it was going to happen,but why not warn us then?So easy to white ant afterwards!
