Agreed - Norton Internet Security Pro has done me well and have never charged for the odd occasion that I have called for support.

Never had to wait more than a few minutes on the phone and Support Staff that I spoke to were quite knowledgable.

Beware of certain spyware/ad removal programs if you are running XP, for example there are known issues with Ad-aware. Will eventually crash your system and you will end up rebuilding your registry(like me).

Geting back to your Question. I have never had a sucessfull intrusion gained with Norton protecting my ADSL connection.
