In 2008 they were high. after Copenhagen they commenced a decline.

Once Mr Rudd said climate change was the greatest moral challenge of our generation. He had big backing then.

Then later he on the advice of J. backed down.
Then J said there would be no Carbon Tax after the next election if she was elected.

Why do think they backed away.............the decline in acceptance of the science
