I stick to my opinion that PIGS is more interested in taking down the company than rebuilding it.

The truth is, Graham, you made a bad investment. We all make them from time to time. The way you are attempting to deal with this reality is what I don't understand - can't you accept that the best way for a turnaround is for the hybrids to accept this offer???

Also, Graham, you have never been clear as to who you and PIGS actually represent. You pretend to speak for all the hybrid holders, as a whole, but really we all know you don't. Therefore, my question is if your interest in bringing down the company stems from real commercial concerns, or is it more of your ego that's getting in the way? I sure know what I believe.

Put your ego aside for a moment and let the Board get on with their job, rather than making a fuss when it isn't achieving anything.
