My average is a couple of dollars above the notional $14 offer. And I say "notional", because the 250 shares have already moved bewteen roughly $12 and $15 since the offer was foreshadowed.

But you know what, and you may be astonished by this, I did not accumulate PXUPA over the last 2 year period with a view to getting back the same price as I paid for them.

I bought them because of their priority above all of the PPX shares, and my view that something had to give reconstruction-wise, meaning that they would return something vastly higher than what I paid for them.

So I am neither obliged, nor tempted, to exchange them for ordinary stock at any like the pathetic ratio that has been foreshadowed.

Yup, I bought a financial instrument with a view to selling it for a profit.

Radical huh?
