    "Why do you argue you are throwing away $245m of money when you never ever paid $100 for your hybrid holdings"

    So, a hypothetical to understand your logic. Let's say Bob buys a house for $300K in 1990. In 2013, it is worth $2M, lucky Bob. Now, if someone offers Bob $400K for his house and he says no way that would be throwing away $1.6M, he is wrong is he?
