Hi All I only hold CER currently because they are paying a DIVI.
I think when CNP goes back to paying a divi another 2.5 years away on latest info will look to swap some into CNP.
My average price now at 10c didn't start buying until 7c but I keep adding when I can. The Divi I put straight back into CER as I did the same with MCW.

I would also like to thank Defab and more than happy to buy him a drink anytime also Nursery & Coppertop & Tweetypie they all keep us informed more than the company.

On the SP by March really depends on the Divi if it goes back to 1c in December you would think 20c+ is no problem and as the Divi trends higher the SP will follow.

No dilution still plenty of shopping centres in USA and as the yanks get back to work the more $$$ they have to spend. I also hold MCW as my other Reit it's going great guns and already paying a pretty solid Divi.
