I held CNP, and CER as well as VPG and AEZ just recently. When MDT fell from 17 to 8 cents last month I just had to buy some but had no more $$ so had to sell on of my four holdings. I felt CNP at 17 cents was the best option to offload, just still a bit concerned with the dillution threat and no divvies for a few years. So there was no way my CER was going so from my point of view CER is the better buy....
