    5 has to fill up first chappy, water always finds it own level ,

    5 then 2 then 7, provided that enough liquid is poured in the tube,

    If there is not enough liquid then only the tube at 5 and 6 will fill then overflow into cup two,

    Then the only cup to fill will be 2,
