i value any opinion from those that beileve rio will win as have myself tried to come up with a convincing argument

my problem with the equitable basis to your comments is that just because rio is big why it more equitable that the rules/laws of the mining act be changed for them just because they are big

in reality why do you need tenement managers if rio get this claim back on the basis of "it was our intent"

have a look at the doir webiste - one of their flowcharts actually document in the renewal process - money & paperwork received yes/no if no paperwork refund cheque

remember their have based their submission on public interest......yet to be convinced
