So sorry to have to say it........I would love the underdog to win this decision..........My honest opinion is that RIO have done enough to hold the lease.......They had no intentions of dropping the lease, or losing interest in mining it at some point...They did pay the money and contract a courier to renew.......For Cazaly to win there would have to be a proven case of negligence on RIO part..........Sorry everyone,I cant see any pot of gold at the end of this very long wait for CAZ holders....
