evg aren't on anyones radar and very lightly traded but they do have a good and sustainable business model. i think they would fit your requirements for a low cost, long life gold producer.

they are about to place 100 million shares at 16c to fund their dominican republic project. the remainder of the financing will be via debt which is nearing settlement.

all future funding for other projects will come from cash flows.

exploration costs are minimul, project development costs are low, operating costs are low and there are an abundance of rich tailings dams that need to be cleaned up and processed.

if they fit the profile, they are worth thought.
