In my opinion, we could be entering into a perfect storm in oil, in the medium term and we could see oil prices go to an all time high again. An oil 'production deficit bubble' in non opec producers could be developing, just as oil consumption increases. This is one of the reasons why India and China are increasing there strategic supplys of oil. Great time to get into the energy shares. Many smaller energy companies could change from been oversold to been overbought.
