WCL looks to be set for rerate, new GSA announcment expected shortly being the likey catalyst, bol. bands narrowing and volumes down, everything is pointing toward a breakout. Only problem is trying to get a position, tightly held with not much on the buy side.
Also agree CTP is nice to be holding atm
