Yes he said the public general cargo wharf on East side of port. He also mentioned that wharf had plenty of spare capacity
Apparently ship has arrived and timing is in the hands of the Port Authority. Qube would be waiting for the call to load which is done with rotoboxes from their sheds to ship.
