If you read MB’s report correctly, they are producing fines already & were commissioning the coarse circuit at the time of site visitation. Exerts from their report below:

 PLS recently commissioned the flotation circuit of the Pilgangoora circuit. The flotation circuit produces a fines product. The DMS circuit, which will produce coarse product, will be commissioned in the coming weeks along with the final stages of the iron removal circuit.

 Catalyst: We expect PLS to make its first concentrate shipment this month.

 Maintain Outperform. The recent completion of the Stage 2 DFS has, in our view, provided the final certainty that the expansion will go ahead and we note that PLS is already thinking about optimisations above the Stage 2 5Mtpa run rate. Pilgangoora is, in our view, a premium project that has been delivered in an impressively short time frame. We remain confident that Pilgangoora will become a mainstay of the Australian hard rock lithium export market.
