Andrews may have failed, but if he has then Dutton and/or Littleproud abdicated their responsibility to allow him to fail. You can write it in just underneath "Ruby Princess".

Aged care is the responsibility of the Commonwealth as well so you can say the same of Greg Hunt.

There was only ever one way that Morrison could have even the slightest control over hotel quarantine and that was if the ADF were involved.

Andrews refused that offer of help.

It's all down to Andrews.
