I think both options will be on money before June. Many will convert then the dilution will lower the ptice. As the number of AGOOA id lot higher than AGOO the remaining holders of AGOO will find it difficult to sell after head pruce drop. This is all my opinion so I sold my AGOOA and bought more AGOO. At this price AGOO is lot safer entry than AGOOA for me.
