Would someone inform others, for those who couldn’t attend the AGM, name the the companies that voted against the remuneration resolution.
Unfortunately the system is rigged to swamp the majority of shareholders by the top 20 shareholders shareholding’s - I would include holders of 100 grand and above.
Should we take the opportunity to seek amendments to the corporation act where the remuneration is determined by shareholders and not shareholding’s
