I'm not sure $1.355 can be classified as "Bargain" territory considering it's a 17% premium to NTA. I think the solid profit reserve and potential for a growth in dividend is already priced in at level. If you're looking for a bargain from the WAM stable, I'd be looking at WGB if it hits the $1.80 mark for SP.
