ocker, a bunch of people have claimed they only want to talk about ANZ and its business prospects. Well where are they ? They are welcome to do so. The fact is, that most of the large-cap industrials, including the banks, are of very limited interest to most hot copper users. How many posts were there about NAB in the last month ? CBA ? Go take a look, very few of them. Westpac only gets a mention because it has a takeover on the go.

Nothing is stopping anyone who wants to discuss ANZ's investment merits from doing so. The people who are asking for this are being disingenous, they are ANZ supporters who don't like bad publicity. They say they want to discuss ANZ topics other than Opes, well why don't they ? I don't see a peep about how the property recession will affect ANZ, or whether ANZ's bad debt provisions are sufficient, or ANZ's Asian ambitions. There is none of it.

A few people took your advice the other day and posted about Opes issues on the General thread. It didn't catch on.
