I am sure they will all get except for maybe resolution 7, changing the constitution.
If you haven't read the proposed changes to the constitution then in my opinion it would be remiss of you to vote for it. No shareholder who has not read the proposed changes to the constitution should consider voting for this resolution in my opinion.
Resolution 8 should also not be voted for in my opinion, this one is asking for extra dilution, no sensible shareholder could vote for it.
