First rule of management imo, under promise over deliver pretty simple really. Thats not to say as a minnow its particularly easy to negotiate a deal and I would say that EXS are probably getting the d**k around from whoever they are negotiating with. And in all fairness the CCP is not that good enough of a project in its current state to pay over the odds for. Until they achieve their mining license and by the time that arrives when another market melt down might mean they snap it up cheaper.
That fact its down the rd from EH and there are a few interested parties is the main thing the CCP has going from it.
From personal experience going back as long as I can remember nothing good financially has come from having to continually wait for some anticipated announcement, fingers crossed this time will be different.
