that was my theory behind exiting my bhp shorts as well. The market does seem in general to want bhp to rise. As my broker stated most of his clients wanted to sell up all things resources and shift into bhp. Maybe that wave has finished now and reality is starting to sink in. The profit report is going to be interesting to say the least. If the market turns negative on bhp sentiment as a whole will be shot to pieces. I'm quite amazed at the lack of life in the market today. Seems like any rise on open is an opportunity to sell into.
