I wonder if the "Independent Expert" will be the same one Alinta used for the Alinta transfer to BBI, BBI EPS (BEPPA) etc.

From memory this was Grant Samuels, and valued BBI EPS (BEPPA) at something between 98c and $1.03 (memory) at the time of conversion.

When BEPPA listed, it did so at 90c !
Not $1 and then a drop to 90c, it actually opened at 90c -How can this be LOL ? Was the "Independent Expert" valuation too high LOL ?

IMO, some independent expert advice is only good for wiping one's bottom, and even then it may not be very good for this either !
