Fair call Trader..... Looks like the more you pay for brokerage the better the T+3 terms...
It looks like tradies are juicing this for small % profits...Parcels look to be getting bought and sold within 10 -20 % margins...
This could be PRR's twin... It is behaving almost exactly the same...During its initial peak... Hope it can endure the white wash and follow PRR's example to higher levels.
