If you sell on the 2nd or 3rd day you still have to pay and your cash will be back in your account 3 days after selling, so if you dont have the cash to pay for them you must sell one day after buying.
T3 is just 3 days after selling or buying that funds will be credited to your account or taken from your account.
If you dont have the money to pay be carefull you dont sell on the 2nd day plus or you will get yourself in to troubble.
