Bundy - can't see PL's involvement in NKP holding CCC down. What is happening there has little if anything to do with PL

The SA government situation on the other hand... if there is one thing that concerns me about CCC (and it is the only thing really) it is the volatility of the SA legal system. Watching the NKP situation closely as what is happening there is a bit of a worry.

I am glad that we are moving into Botswana and other African countries ASAP to minimize any risk.

Not to incite any fear as this issue has been covered a number of times on this forum and the general consensus is the CCC is safe at the present time. I am also sure that Dr Cowie would have pointed out any risks in relation to Conti if it was an issue, because he issued a sell on NKP this week.
