As with all stocks it would suit me fine if the herd, the insto's and analysts, strayed from rational valuations, I will never get the best opportunities if they dominate the market and remain rational.

I did not note your "taking into account the capital return and the dividends" in either the words or the thinking in your above post.

I retain my view that OZL sp fall is in line with that of its peers.

The idea that all resource companies can and should achieve growth confounds me - I am happy for some to simply be short lived cash cows, provided the cash spun off actually ends up in shareholders pockets. If, and I am not saying this of OZL, a company has a great mine, but only m ediocre exploration or acquisition capabilities or opportunities then for sure that company should simply run itself into he ground paying out all the cash to shareholders.
