My understanding is that you couldn't infer anything about the two lower zones from what has been found in the three upper zones. The upper three zones seem positive from the little information that has been released to date (albeit some debate here on the levels of Co2...however, it should be noted that Neon hasn't mentioned anything about Co2...) but I don't think we can as yet infer anything about the two lower zones (good or bad) from what we've been told.
Even if the three upper zones were duds (which at this stage DOESN'T appear to be the case) I think they would still press forward to test the two lower zones, given that so much of the cost involved in working up and testing the prospect has already been sunk.
