As we don't know the the fine print of the agreement, it will be 25% of whatever the cost will be of the capped price of the agreed initial cost.
Sure it may cost a bit more to drill sideways but folks, look to the bigger picture on this, we are looking at huge numbers and if we are in for another $5mil I for one am happy to cop this.
Whats the alternative..... walk away???? Really this is a moot point.
