I think the words "mix of debt and equity" in reference to funding has spooked a few. Me personally, they should float SS off on its own. If SS fails due to chinese competition, then the house would still be intact. I don't like the idea of running a utility which is what appears to be MG's idea atm. Or just sell the tech.
