"Slowing Chinese credit growth should bring implied steel demand back into negative territory. Zinc consumption should come under similar pressure given the high correlation."

IMHO, IBG will need to get this mine up and running by mid next year, if they want to catch the current bull run on zinc and reap the rewards for their share holders - let's hope the Chinese are ready to rock-n-roll, once the finances are sorted!
