    I think $1 will be reached when we get any one or more of:
    * the next resource upgrade
    * an agreement with a partner to mine the iron ore
    * confirmation of a lower tax rate applying to BDR due to the mine being in the amazon development region.

    The timing is anyone's guess, but I'll go for 23 March.
