With a positive outcome from Arbitration, POH should be fully funded for a period that would take us beyond key inflection points for several products under development, including OxyM patch.

So far the market hasn't factored in much at all for our pipeline, due funding aspect.

So in summary, I think there is potentially a significant rerate with a positive Arbitration result.

I'm thinking the rerate could be significant. If it were rerated to only 5c then I'd be disappointed...I'm sure RM said not so long ago that he thought the share price ought to be more like 8c - 10c and that POH is vastly undervalued as it stands.

I'm not intending to debate what the market valuation is today, this is more about peering ahead and trying to get a bit of a handle on what might happen with a positive Arbitration outcome.
