contacted company about time lines & they beleive sept 2012 is a conservative date & is foxs view only ,they beleive more like end of 2011-2012 for end of construction at cloncurry & thats stand alone senario at which minning to start alot earlier than that. Also they beleive that a new round of discussion with xstrata will start very soon after xstratas decision about under ground mining will leave a shortfall in ore to be procest at EH mine. I certainly hope its not to far away,also nothing said about the china but i didnt ask either.
