They drill 24/7 nonstop. Should the operator have an issue with the rig's performance then they can opt to pay standby rates instead of the usual dayrate (in case of major cock-ups, which r the rig owner's responsibility).
Refer page-4 of Transocean's fleet update which states 45 days out of service for current qtr. That explains yesterday's mkt update by Karoon & is a good sign, now that things have been sorted out at B#1.

For now, the nxt pitstop at B#1 will b the 7" casing point, b4 they get to the target reservoir which they can core if they want, as seen at P#2.
I guess that will buy them time to see what the neighbours unearth, so no rush here.
Chevy-Inpx-STO JV spudded Crown-1 (last month) nxt doors in WA274P, abt 21 kms NE of our current loc at B#1. TOL's big brother Bates is in action there (costs $380k/day, compared to 293k/day for the TOL). STO will follow that up with Treasury-1.
